Tenants, Landlords, Prepare for Confusion!

From Tenant Resource Center . . .

2013 WISCONSIN ACT 76 – TAKING EFFECT TONIGHT AT MIDNIGHT!

Wisconsin’s tenant landlord laws are changing again on Saturday for the third time since 2011. Tenants, landlords, and service providers are understandably confused by over 75 changes to state and local laws. So, with the support of our donors and the City of Madison’s Emerging Opportunities Program, Tenant Resource Center has published comprehensive summaries of the bills and continue to update our website with detailed explanations of how this will affect things like eviction, tenant property, check-in procedures, and local ordinances. Visit our New Legislation page for more information.

Tenants do still have rights – and it’s more important than ever to know what they are!

We encourage everyone to learn more and we offer a range of services for every need.
