Not Many Links City Week Ahead

Stupidest thing about cramming everything into the council meeting last week is that they have one again this week. 4 of 16 (25%) meetings before 4:30, 12 of 16 (75%) meetings before 5:30. Looks a little light, expect lots of changes.
