Please join me to discuss a proposal by Erik Minton and Dr. John Bonsett-Veal to demolish the existing one-story commercial building located at 425 W. Washington Avenue and construct a six-story, mixed-use building with two levels of parking totaling 64 stalls, 50 residential apartments, and two commercial spaces, one for the current optometrist office and the other for a health club. There would be 36 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments.
