Who thought it was good to send Matt Kenny to a community center for “Community Fun Fest”?
Was it Captain Jay Lengfeld? Captain Richard Bach? Chief Mike Koval? Did they think this was funny? Were they being cheeky? Is this how they build community trust? This is some seriously bad decision making. Did they think no one would notice? Or did they want us to?

Fyi – he was also at the pepper-spraying incident at Shake the Lake that the police “forgot” to tell us about – where the cops say they had 50 people brawling but only issued one ticket, no arrests. In the incident that only lasted 4 minutes they determined they had to pepper-spray the crowd of black kids and the kids dispursed. One of the witnesses say the a police officer on a horse pepper-sprayed people, police say only the first two officers did. Something smells fishy here.
