Directing City staff to assess the suitability of and indentify financing for the City to purchase the property located at 910 Ann Street to Land Bank for future redevelopment opportunities and, if determined to be suitable and funding sources are identified, authorizing the initiation of negotiations to purchase the property.
Declaring the City of Madison’s intention to study the potential use of body cameras by the Madison Police and the framework for a pilot study through the creation of an ad hoc committee and a community and employee engagement process.
