Green, effective October 4, 2019, or as soon thereafter as an offer of hire may be communicated, and on a probationary basis pursuant to Rule 4(e)(v), with continuing appointment subject to a final recommendation by the Chief and final Board approval, which are reserved for 18 months from the effective date.
