Can people stay at Token Creek this winter?

A homeless person came in to talk with me today and was very concerned that there is no place to go on the weekends to stay warm he wanted to know if there was any possibility of camping at Token Creek again this winter because there would at least be electricity to keep warm. I told him I would pass along the request. Please let me know what I should tell him.

I got responses! And promptly! Much appreciated even if I don’t like the answers it seems to be a step forward . . . communication!

Hi Brenda,

Thank you for the email question. I am sorry for the delay getting back to you, I was out of the office last week. The Token Creek Campground has been winterized and shutdown for the year. The facility will reopen around May 1, 2014. Please let me know if I can be of any other assistance.
