- Federal Government Cuts to ACL’s Falls Prevention Program
- The Trump Administration does not want to use funding from the Prevention and Public Health Fund in the Affordable Care Act, which provides mandatory funding to HHS agencies for prevention programs, but is divvied up by Congress during the annual appropriations process. Again, this ask reflects the President’s last budget and was ignored by Congress in FY 2026.
