38. Legislative File No. 55555 – Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a lease for farming
purposes with Steven Pederson for approximately 53 acres of land within the Northeast Open
Space. (17th A.D.) (Report of Plan Commission – Plan Commission met on May 20, 2019, and is
recommending to “Return to Lead with Recommendation for Approval – FINANCE COMMITTEE”)
44. Legislative File No. 55601 – Authorizing the City Department of Transportation to accept
applications, select participants, and regulate an electric scooter pilot study once changes in state
law allow electric scooters to park and operate on public streets, and directing the City Department
of Transportation to submit electric scooter pilot study report to Council. (New Business for
Referral – Ald. Shiva Bidar, Council President – Remove all committee referrals and refer back to
City Traffic Engineer, to be considered for re-introduction after passage of any authorizing state
legislation.)
