Subject: Update on Council Agenda Item 91Dear Alders,
We will be asking you, the Council, to refer Agenda Item 91 (Water Utility advanced meter reading system- pole rental agreement) from tonight’s meeting to the next Common Council meeting on Tuesday, June 19th. Prior to that meeting there will be a status briefing for Alders on the Project H2O/Smart Meter program. The briefing, which will be held at 5:30pm, is also open to the public for informational purposes. There will be an opportunity for citizens to testify at the June 19th Council meeting if the item is referred.
