You know how the city says they are going to tow for snow removal, then they don’t. And all the people downtown stop listening when they say the are going to tow because they called wolf too many times . . . well, looks like they are serious this time, they even have a list of streets. So, its for reals this time.
My friend Paul came and jump started my car for me . . . so I was able to move it so I wouldn’t get a ticket at 8am. Thanks Paul!
To be clear for those who are thoroughly confused like I am . . . this is for the regular street sweeping, garbage collecting hours where you can’t park on the street – on my street its 8 – noon on Thursday for the even side and Friday for the odd side of the street – this isn’t an alternate side parking for snow removal ticket.
Towing for Snow Removal
January 31, 2019 4:01 PMThe Parking Enforcement Unit will be towing on the following streets on Friday, February 1st beginning at 8:00am. This is being done to assist the Streets Department with their snow removal efforts. All vehicles will be ticketed and towed to a legal spot on the street.
