Social Justice Center Program Coordinator
Half-time position, salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance contribution, sick leave and vacation. Job duties include a wide variety of tasks related to the day-to=day operations of a non-profit office building and incubator, coordinate maintenance and management of building, coordinate annual fundraising events and donor database, coordinate art gallery exhibits, work closely with Board of Directors and volunteer bookkeeper. Bookkeeping skills a plus.

Desired skills and qualifications: flexible schedule, good organizational and writing skills, strong computer skills and ability to use Access database, fundraising experience, non-profit experience, ability to work independently, good time management skills, commitment to the advancement of social justice causes.

LOOKING FOR ARTISTS

The Jackie Macaulay Gallery is holding a Call for Artists
The Jackie Macaulay Gallery at the Social Justice Center, 1202 Williamson Street, seeks artists’ exhibits.

Artists are encouraged to display local, socially conscious, social justice inspired, and humanitarian themed art. Artists may apply for a solo show or a group exhibition.

Upon acceptance, each artist will have the opportunity to have a show in the gallery space for one month. The exhibition opportunity includes an opening night and exposure to the general public.
