All tour participants must wear appropriate footwear (closed toed shoes with a low heel; no open toed shoes, high heels or slick soled shoes) and a hard hat. The City will provide a limited number of hard hats for participants. In addition, all tour participants must sign a waiver of liability prior to participating.
