This isn’t a surprise, but the agenda for Monday’s Board of Education meeting includes a recommendation from the administration to instruct their rep on the TIF Joint Review Board to vote no on the extension of TID 32 to fund the Edgewater project. The memo says the TID will have a “significant negative effect…upon our district.” Yeah.
