This week, July 24, will mark five years since the federal minimum wage was raised.
So next Thursday, Milwaukee, Madison, and Wausau will all have actions.
In Madison: there will be a march from the Capitol to Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, with a rally to follow. We have an energized staff in Madison, working hard to make this action solid and we’re excited about it.
WHEN: Thursday, July 24th — 5pm-6:30pm
WHERE: Meet at King St on Capitol Square at 5, with march to and rally at headquarters of WMC, the anti-worker big business lobby.
