• A Resolution authorizing the negotiation of a noncompetitive contract with New Flyer to purchase Bus Rapid Transit vehicles as a sole source provider.

• A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a multiyear, competitively selected service contract with CareyBRT for Program Management Services for the East-West Bus Rapid Transit (E-W BRT).
