  • Partially discontinuing and vacating public street right-of-way located at the southwesterly corner of the intersection of McKee Rd with Maple Grove Dr for a Planned Development Amendment and Certified Survey Map, being located in the Northwest 1/4, of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 12, Township 6 North, Range 8 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. (7th AD)

  • Determining a Public Purpose and Necessity and adopting a Relocation Order for the acquisition of land interests required for the construction of safety improvements at the intersection of S. Gammon Road and Watts Road. Located in part of the NW 1⁄4 of the SW 1⁄4 of Section 25, T7N, R8E, in the City of Madison. (19th AD)

  • Approving plans and specifications for public improvements necessary for the project known as 109 E Wilson Street and authorizing construction to be undertaken by the Developer, Private Contract No. 9257 (4th AD)

    • The Developer, 121 East Wilson Investors, LLC, has received conditional approval for a one-lot Certified Survey Map, the demolition of an existing office building and parking structure at 121 E Wilson Street, and the construction of a fourteen-story mixed-use building with approximately 19,500 square feet of commercial space and 337 dwelling units. The Developer shall coordinate construction with a proposed 2024 Public Works Project on E Wilson Street adjacent to this project and dedicate Right of Way or grant a Public Sidewalk Easement for and be responsible for the construction of a six (6)-foot wide sidewalk, eight (8)-foot terrace, and additional one (1) foot for maintenance along E. Wilson Street. The Developer shall provide an earth retention plan, traffic control plan for crane assembly, private sanitary, storm and water connections to the Public mains, required permits and approval for work in and adjacent to the railroad corridor along the John Nolen Drive side of the property. Lighting and pavement markings are required by Traffic Engineering and tree protection and plants are required by City Forestry.

  • Approving plans and specifications for public improvements required to serve the Subdivision known as The American Center Plat Eastpark Fourth Addition and authorizing construction to be undertaken by the Developer, and Rescinding Resolution RES-22-00785, File Number 74473, Private Contract No. 9122 (17th AD)

    • The development, The American Center Plat Eastpark Fourth Addition, creates a public street connection from Eastpark Boulevard to S Biltmore lane in The American Center. The Developer shall be responsible for improvements on Eastpark Boulevard such as islands, crosswalks, and buffered bike lanes. The new Dreamer Drive will be a 36’ wide street at Eastpark Blvd tapering to a 26’ street width at S Biltmore Lane. The 36’ street will include 2 travel lanes, parking on both sides, and a bikeable street. The 26’ street will include 2 travel lanes without street parking. The project will also add a crosswalk at S Biltmore lane. The developer will install all public utilities including sanitary, storm and water.

  • Approving plans and specifications for public improvements necessary for the project known as Hartmeyer Redevelopment and authorizing construction to be undertaken by the Developer, Private Contract No. 9284 (12th AD)

    • The Developers, Roth Street I Developer, LLC and Roth Street II Developer, LLC, have received the City of Madison’s conditional approval for a three-lot Certified Survey Map, construction of a six-story, 250-unit apartment building and a seven-story, 303-unit apartment building on two lots created via CSM at 2007 Roth Street. The Developer shall be required to construct Madison Standard streets, multi-use path, and sidewalk improvements for all streets within the CSM. Extend new north/south street to current Ruskin St termination. Construct new Coolidge Street from new Huxley Street to east project limits. Construct public water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and drainage improvements as necessary to serve the development. Signing, marking, lighting, and electrical as required by Traffic Engineering. New street trees as required by City Forestry. Remove the privately owned Gas House from the proposed Coolidge Street right of way.
