Johnson/Gorham Traffic Study Informational Meeting Tonight

Well, this kinda snuck up on me . . . not sure I can make it but . . . Looks like 9 days ago the neighborhood association leaders got an email. I got it forwarded to me on Saturday. There was also a flyer, but I have no idea who it went to. Anyways.

Christ Presbyterian Church, Fellowship Hall, 944 E. Gorham

The city of Madison is proposing to reconstruct E. Johnson street from N. Butler street to N. Baldwin street in 2014. In advance of the construction, the city is conducting a traffic study to consider the implications of converting Johnson and Gorham to two-way streets along the corridor. This is the second informational meeting regarding the traffic study.

The meeting will include representatives from city of Madison Engineering, city of Madison Traffic Engineering, and Alder Maniaci. City staff and their consultant will provide a brief presentation and answer questions regarding the study.
