Landmarks and TIF
1. Still no TIF application. Confirmed this morning. I thought they were trying to get a TIF resolution done for the 4th but I don’t see how that is going to happen.
2. They have received an application for the Edgewater Hotel Expansion at Landmarks, and it is to be scheduled for the regular May 10th Landmarks Commission Meeting, room TBA.
