6:30 – 8pm
Urban League of Greater Madison – 2222 So. Park St. Madison

On Thursday August 18, 2011 from 6:30 until 8pm, Madison Metropolitan School District Safety Coordinator Luis Yudice invites your questions and contributions on the proposal. Input gathered at this meeting, online at www.mmsd.org/dogs and phone comments to 663-1879 will be forwarded to the Madison Board of Education for their consideration. The Board is scheduled to vote on the proposal at their August 29, 2011 meeting.

You are welcome to invite others to the conversation, but please give me an estimate of the number of people attending. The room only holds 130 people. Also, please let me know if you need any special accommodations and/or language or hearing interpretation.

In the meantime, your help in encouraging community members to participate in the online poll will allow the Board of Education to make a decision informed by a full range of voices of the people they serve. Community members may also participate in the poll by calling the MMSD Office of Community Engagement at 663-1879.
