Applicant’s Comments:
Single story structure built 1952. Deferred maintenance by previous owner resulted in roof leakage into interior walls. Significant mold & mosisture damage. Report from American Home Inspections recommends removal of structure due to concerns with loss of structural integrity due to years of moisture intrusion into walls. Plan is to demolish house and replace with new home as soon as all permits are obtained.
