  • Brief Follow-Up Discussion of the Recruitment and Retention Data Analyzed and Reported on by the La Follette Capstone Project

  • Discussion of Ideas and Priority Areas Regarding Equity in Recruitment and Retention

    The following topics were slated for discussion at this meeting. Subcommittee members are welcome to introduce additional priority topics for discussion under this item.

    1) Identifying specific positions that face challenges in recruitment and retention
    2) Creation of a check-in process both for during the probation period, as well as generally.

  • Discussion of Ideas for Subcommittee Work Plan

To address:
– Issues /priorities subcommittee wants to focus on in remaining meetings re: equity in recruitment and retention
– Identification of any topic experts subcommittee wants to have present and a schedule for their presentations
– Discussion of subcommittee’s process for creating and finalizing its recommendations, including which meeting agendas will be reserved for review and discussion of draft recommendations
