There are two cases going on at this point – both in front of Judge Sumi:
11CV1175 (Dane County vs. State of Wisconsin). Hearing at 1:00 p.m. tomorrow 3/18 on the Injunctive Relief we seek.
11CV1244 (Ozanne vs. Fitzgerald) – This is the DA’s newly filed complaint. Status conference today 3/17 at 11:00 a.m. Hearing on the Temporary Restraining Order begins tomorrow, 3/18, morning at 8:30 a.m. It is not on CCAP yet. It should be listed after today’s 11:00 a.m. hearing.
All of these hearings will be with Judge Sumi in her courtroom: Courtroom 7B, Room 7105, Dane County Courthouse, 215 South Hamilton Street, Madison.
