If you work til 5:00 if you want to give public comment, if you can get there by 5:30 you can maybe get to 4 of the 20 meetings.

– This meetings is going on today, you have to go in the loading dock door that leads directly to LL-100, not the one that goes into the hallway. They hare a couple of the more controversial issues on their agenda (appeal of Landmarks Commission to the council – think Edgewater – and a few others) They expect the meeting to go until 1:00 or 2:00 depending upon who you ask. Lobbyists are here along with a few advocates. 10 members of the public figured out how to get in the door.

$400,000 TIF for Royster Clark, 70 affordable housing units
$30,000 ($10,000 travel, 17,000 consultant) for study of body cameras.
$30,000 for free legal clinics for childhood arrivals and parents of immigrant children
