  1. About the Mautz Paint redevelopment…application says “an extremely successfull, growing local company that needs light manufacturing and retail space, could add 100 employees and requests some outdoor dining on the site”.

    Any guesses on what business that is? I heard Ale Asylum wants move…could it be them?
