Amending the City’s 2014 Adopted Operating Budget to re-appropriate $25,000 from Various Appropriations to the Community Development Division for the United Way HIRE Initiative.
SUBSTITUTE Accepting the Report of the Judge Doyle Square Negotiating Team dated November 3, 2014.
Adopting updates to the City of Madison Personnel Rules, revised 2014.
SUBSTITUTE. Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Annual Performance Contract with Overture Center Foundation, Inc. for the 2015 operations of the Overture Center, and providing for a grant from the City.
Authorizing the allocation of Affordable Housing Funds to support the creation of approximately 200 units of affordable rental housing in Madison.
Authorizing a 4 year service contract for tourism marketing services, between the City and the Greater Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau.
3RD SUBSTITUTE Amending Section 23.18(1), creating Section 28.18(5) and amending Section 1.08(3)(a) of the Madison General Ordinances to prohibit permanently separating a puppy under 7 weeks of age from its mother and to prohibit neglectful tethering of a dog and adding additional bail deposits for violating this section.
SUBSTITUTE Creating Section 23.47 of the Madison General Ordinances to provide authority to Madison Dane County Public Health to order the spaying or neutering of dogs that repeatedly run at large, act aggressively or cause injury to a person or property.
SUBSTITUTE Amending Sections 9.31(2), (9) and 9.50(2), creating Section 9.50(6) and amending Section 1.08(3)(a) of the Madison General Ordinances to increase the fees for cat and dog licenses, increase the penalty for violating said sections and clarifying the bail deposits for these sections.
Approving the transfer of $500,000 from Tax Increment Financing District #27 to the CDA for the acquisition of land at 2230 West Broadway to facilitate the development of affordable housing within the boundary of TID #27.
Report of the Madison Police Department on the use of On-Body Cameras for MPD officers.
Approving the Community Development Division’s HUD 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan including the 2015 Action Plan.
