Amending RES-17-00734, FILE ID 48240 Authorizing the City’s acquisition of 1202 S. Park Street in order to pursue development with Heartland Housing, Inc. in accordance with RES-16-00897, FILE ID 45160.
SUBSTITUTE – Requesting the City-County Liaison Committee to gather public input and make recommendations to the City of Madison and Dane County on possible locations to rename in honor of President Barack Obama.
Establishing a President’s Work Group to Develop City-Wide Surveillance Equipment and Data Management Policies.
Amending ORD-17-00099, ORD-17-00100, and CHA-17-00002 to delay the effective date of these ordinances from January 1, 2018 to June 29, 2018.

Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a development agreement to fund a $322,000 Tax Incremental Finance Loan to 134 Fair Oaks, LLC or its assigns to assist in the development located at 134 S. Fair Oaks Avenue within the boundary of TID #37 (Union Corners).
