Can You Help With Tasks to End Homelessness?

Please consider this and sign up if you can!

Right now, Madison is working on a bold new approach to end chronic and veteran homelessness by the end of 2016. The first step in this new plan is to gather as much information as possible about our homeless neighbors, so that we can assess our community’s needs and prioritize individuals for housing.

In order to make this work, we are hosting a Registry Week where we will go out in the community and at specific sites around the City to identify homeless individuals, assess their barriers to housing, and complete a vulnerability assessment.

Would you be willing to help with this process? We need individuals to help with all kinds of activities, so you don’t need to have prior experience working with homeless individuals in order to make a difference!

To get involved, please fill out our Volunteer Signup Form (http://goo.gl/forms/B14gn06eRd) or contact the Registry Week Coordinator, Matt Koz at MadisonZero2016@gmail.com.
