It appears that the marriage amendment will pass. If my early understanding is incorrect please disregard. However, as it appears the marriage amendment will pass, I want to take the first opportunity as a taxpayer to order the county board and city council to suspend all partner benefits at the earliest possible opportunity in accordance with Wisconsin law.
