- The City of Madison Common Council is setting up a non-sales information booth at the 7th Annual Magic Pride Festival, on Sunday, August 16, from 1pm – 6pm. This event is located at Warner Park, 2930 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704. The goal of this resource table is to raise awareness about city government, as the decisions made significantly impact our communities, and provide an opportunity for alders to engage directly with residents. Alders have been invited to attend, and a possible quorum of the Common Council may exist at this event.

- Alders will tour the Imagination Center at Reindahl Park at 1814 Parkside Drive, on Friday, August 21, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The Imagination Center at Reindahl Park is the first new Madison Public Library branch in a generation, becoming the tenth neighborhood library branch, and will serve the city’s northeast sides. Alders have been invited to attend, and a possible quorum of the Common Council may exist at this event.
