A possible quorum of the Board of Park Commissioners, Common Council, and Parks Facilities Programs & Fees Subcommittee may be present for a non-board related on-site tour of the Odana Hills Golf Course & Park Improvements Project held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 6:00PM. at Odana Hills Golf Course, located at 4635 Odana Road, Madison, WI 53711. The Tour will begin at the clubhouse, then move on to discuss park improvements before moving on to tour the golf course. Members of the public may join the tour if they wish.

6:00pm Notice of Possible Quorum of the Common Council Central Library

The City of Madison is hosting its first Budget Engagement Session on Tuesday, June 2, at 6:00 PM on the 3rd Floor of the Central Library at 201 W Mifflin Street. These sessions are an opportunity to learn more about the City Budget process and provide feedback to policymakers on priorities for Madison’s future.

This session will focus on Justice & Public Safety and feature staff and information from the Attorney’s Office, Department of Civil Rights, Fire, Municipal Court, Office of Independent Police Monitor, Police, and Public Health.

The open house portion of the meeting will be followed by a budget presentation from Finance Director Dave Schmiedicke and a Q&A with Alders.
