- Approving the fabrication, installation, and locations of a visual land acknowledgement by James Terry and two murals by Rodrigo Carapia and Issis Macias, at the Madison Public Market and authorizing the Planning Division Director to sign any necessary contracts, agreements, and other documents to implement the project (District 12).
- Authorizing execution of a sole source $150,000 contract with Downtown Madison Inc. for the preparation of a Downtown Economic Investment Strategy (District 2, District 4, District 6, District 8, and District 13).

- Authorizing the allocation of up to $2,000,000 of City Affordable Housing Funds to help the Madison Revitalization and Community Development Corporation (MRCDC) finance the rehabilitation and preservation of seven (7) units of rental housing and common area improvements at separate scattered site properties, and the Community Development Authority (CDA) finance the rehabilitation and preservation of eleven (11) units of rental housing at Monona Shores Apartments, and authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to enter into Loan Agreements.
