Hmmm…I guess it’s not official until people are being paid.

Harris said Tate told him Wednesday that he would prefer not to have a contested primary so that the top Democratic candidate could start raising money as soon as possible. But Tate didn’t put any pressure on him to stay out of the race, Harris said.
I think a primary will be beneficial to defeat Scott Walker. It’s good for the eventual nominee to get some campaign practice in. Mark Harris has stated that he’ll decide by Labor Day whether he is in or out. So I guess we’ll have a good picture as to whether there will be a primary or not by then. I hope he runs. I hope other people consider running.
